This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Grid Escape: Block Puzzle ("the Game").

1. Information handled by the Game

The Game may process gameplay progress and preferences stored on your device. When you make an in-app purchase, the platform's store (Apple on iOS, or Google on Android) processes the payment and provides the Game with purchase and transaction status. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

Advertising, analytics, attribution, fraud-prevention, and platform providers integrated into the Game may automatically process information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, advertising interactions, app activity, diagnostics, crash information, consent choices, and purchase events.

2. How information is used

Information may be used to operate and improve the Game, save progress, deliver purchases, provide and measure advertising, limit ad frequency, detect fraud, troubleshoot errors, understand game usage, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Advertising and third-party services

The Game uses services that may include Apple App Store services, Google Play services, Unity LevelPlay/ironSource, Unity Ads, and advertising networks made available through LevelPlay mediation. These providers process information under their own privacy policies.

The Game is configured to request contextual or non-personalized advertising. On iOS it does not request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, and on neither platform does it use the device advertising identifier (Apple's IDFA or the Google Advertising ID) for cross-app tracking. The Game sends supported advertising partners signals indicating that personalized advertising consent has not been granted and that personal information should not be sold or shared for targeted advertising. Advertising providers may still process limited information needed to deliver, measure, secure, and prevent fraud in contextual advertising. Purchasing Remove Ads disables non-rewarded advertising where implemented; optional rewarded advertising may remain available.

4. Data retention and security

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, subject to the retention practices of the relevant service provider. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. Children

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.

6. Your choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning access, deletion, correction, restriction, or objection. Requests may be submitted through the support contact shown on the Game's App Store or Google Play listing.

7. Changes and contact
