Terms of Use

By downloading, accessing, or using Grid Escape: Block Puzzle ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Limited licence

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these terms and the applicable App Store and Google Play rules.

2. Gameplay and virtual items

Coins, lives, power-ups, and other virtual items are licensed digital content. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and may not be sold or transferred outside functionality expressly provided by the Game. Game balance, rewards, and features may be changed to maintain or improve the Game.

3. In-app purchases

Purchases are processed by the platform's store (Apple on iOS, or Google on Android) and are subject to that store's payment terms. Prices are displayed before purchase. Consumable items may be used once and are not restored after consumption. Eligible non-consumable purchases can be restored using the Restore Purchases option. Refund requests are handled according to the relevant store's policies.

A Remove Ads purchase disables non-rewarded advertising where implemented. Optional rewarded advertisements may remain available because the player chooses to watch them in exchange for an in-game reward.

4. Advertising

The free version of the Game may display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertising. Ad availability is not guaranteed, and an advertised reward is granted only after the Game receives successful completion confirmation from the advertising provider.

5. Acceptable use

You must not cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, reverse engineer the Game except where applicable law expressly permits it, interfere with services, bypass purchase or advertising systems, distribute modified versions, or use the Game for unlawful or abusive activity.

6. Availability and updates

The Game may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Internet-connected features, purchases, and advertisements may occasionally be unavailable. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by networks, platforms, device settings, maintenance, or third-party providers.

7. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Game. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you paid for the Game or relevant purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Termination

Your license may end if you materially violate these terms. On termination, you must stop using the Game. Provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.

10. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the Game, services, or legal requirements. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be submitted through the support contact shown on the Grid Escape: Block Puzzle App Store or Google Play listing.
